Description
This FDmesh™ II Power MOSFET with fast-
recovery body diode is produced using
MDmesh™ II technology. Utilizing a new strip-
layout vertical structure, this device features low
on-resistance and superior switching
performance. It is ideal for bridge topologies and
ZVS phase-shift converters.
