1. Outline and Feature
The TMP93PW76F is a system evaluation LSI having a built in One-Time PROM (128 Kbytes)
for TMP93CW76/CU76/CT76F.
A programming and verification for the internal PROM is achieved by using a general EPROM
programmer with an adapter socket.
The function of this device is exactly same as the TMP93CW76/CU76/CT76F by programming to
the internal PROM and the TMP93PW76F is used as the evaluation chip of
TMP93CW76/CU76/CT76F.
