Dual, High PSRR 500mA Linear Regulator
With Integrated Reset Circuit
DESCRIPTION
The MP640 2 is a dual-channel, h igh PSRR
linear regulator with reset function.
The output s range fro m 0.9V and 3.3V with
±1.5% volta ge accuracy at both c hannels by
operating fr om a +2.5V to +5.5V input. OUT2
pin voltage is recommended to be higher than
OUT1 pin voltage. Shor t circu it prot ection and
thermal protection ar e built in to prevent
damage caused by output short circuit an d
overloading, respectively.
