USB-OTG 3-Line Protection
Product Description
The ESD7383 is a 4−bump very low capacitance ESD protection
device in 0.4 mm CSP form factor. It is fully compliant with IEC
61000−4−2. The ESD7383 is RoHS II compliant.

• These Devices are Pb−Free and are RoHS Compliant

• ESD protection for USB (including USB OTG)

High Speed USB port
Up to 480 Mb/s according to USB 2.0 high speed specification
