450mA LOW DROPOUT REGULATOR
DESCRIPTION
FEATURES
The AMC7638 series is a low dropout regulator 2% internally trimmed output
rated for 450mA output current. Low power Input-Output differential of typ. 360mV at 300mA
consumption and high accuracy is achieved through
& low quiescent current of 10µA in typical
CMOS technology and internal trimmed reference P-MOS output stage with low RDS, ON.
voltage.
Short circuit protection
The AMC7638 series consists of a high-precision Internal thermal overload protection
voltage reference, error correction circuit, and a current Enhanced pin-to-pin compatible to the XC62FP
limit output driver. The fast transient response is an
series, RT9261/A.
outstanding feature for applications with various loads 3-Lead SOT-89 and SOT-223 packages.
