DESCRIPTION
This Power MOSFET is the second generation of
STMicroelectronics unique "Single Feature
Size™" strip-based process. The resulting transi-
stor shows extremely high packing density for
low on-resistance, rugged avalanche charac-
teristics and less critical alignment steps therefore
a remarkable manufacturing reproducibility.
