SSF4703
DESCRIPTION
The SSF4703 uses advanced trench technology to
provide excellent RDS(ON) and low gate charge . A
Schottky diode is provided to facilitate the
implementation of a bidirectional blocking switch,
or for DC-DC conversion applications.
