MD4123
3W Filterless Mono Class-D Audio Power Amplifier
General Description
The MD4123 is a 3W high efficiency filterless
mono class-D audio power amplifier in a SOP8
package,it has high PSRR and differential input
that eliminate noise and RF rectification.
The MD4123 features like 90% efficiency and
small PCB area make the MD4123 class-D
amplifier ideal for cellular handsets. A low noise,
filterless PWM architecture eliminates the output
filter, reducing external component count,
system cost, and simplifying design.
The MD4123 features short circuit protection
and OTP(over temperature protection) thermal
shutdown and UVLO(under voltage lockout).
The MD4123 is available in SOP-8 package.

1. A 33-µH inductor was placed in series with the load resistor to emulate a small speaker for
efficiency measurements.
