® ISL28138, ISL28238 Data Sheet February 19, 2008 FN6336.2 4.5MHz, Single and Dual Precision Rail-to-Rail Input-Output (RRIO) Op Amps with Very Low Input Bias Current The ISL28138 and ISL28238 are 4.5MH- low-power single and dual operational amplifiers. The parts are optimized for single supply operation from 2.4V to 5.5V, allowing operation from one lithium cell or two Ni-Cd batteries. The parts feature an Input Range Enhancement Circuit (IREC) which enables them to maintain CMRR performanc
